Face to Face Personal Training
I provide evidence based training and programming that is individualised to the client. I'm a believer in exercise being about loving your body, taking care of yourself and pushing yourself to be the best possible version of you!
I tailor programs to suit your likes and goals, while constantly working towards optimising physical performance. Exercise is a celebration of the strength you possess and my main aim is to help my clients reach their potential and realise the strength they never knew they had.

One-on-one sessions involve instruction of an individualised program that has been tailored specifically to you. You can choose either 45 minute or 1 hour sessions.

Small group training involves being a part of a group (2-4 people) who train together with the instruction of a program that targets the goals of the members of the group.
