Training philosophy
I provide evidence based training and programming that is individualised to the client. I'm a believer in exercise being about loving your body, taking care of yourself and pushing yourself to be the best possible version of you! I tailor programs to the individual's likes and goals, while constantly working towards optimising physical performance. Exercise is a celebration of the strength you possess and my main aim is to help clients reach their potential and realise the strength they never knew they had.
